Product Survey Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is ABI Interiors Pty Ltd (ABN 22 612 741 385) of 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, 4213 – Telephone (07) 5520 2775.

The Promoter sells household fixtures and fittings online and in Australia through retail outlets.

Entries for the competition commence at 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 1st of October 2025 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 22nd of October 2025 (Promotional Period).

(a) To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be an individual over the age of 18 years, an Australian Resident and accept these Terms and Conditions.

(b) Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

(a) To enter the competition, entrants must complete the Promoter's survey through the link on the order confirmation page or the link sent to the entrant’s email address.

(b) Entries are submitted by completing the product survey.

(c) Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.

(d) For an entry to be valid, the entrant must enter their correct email address when completing the product survey.

Random Prize Draw

One prize will be awarded to a randomly drawn entrant. A $1,500 gift voucher for ABI Interiors (valid in accordance with the Promoter’s gift voucher terms and conditions from the date of issue) will be awarded to the winner. 

 

(a) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 

(c) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. 

(d) Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

(a) The Prize winner will be drawn at 45 City Link Drive, Carrara at 9:00am (AEST) on 27th August 2025 via a random draw app which is a random draw from people who submitted the product survey.

(b) The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the Judge) and shall be chosen from all entries received.

(c) The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.

(d) The announcement of the winners shall take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on the date of the draw at 45 City Link Drive, Carrara.

(e) The Promoter will notify the winner by email to the email address associated with the winners survey submission.

(f) Details of the winners will be included on https://www.abiinteriors.com.au/survey-competition-terms-conditions/ from 4:00pm (AEST) on the date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks. 

(g) If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 11:00am 7 business days after the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 12.00pm on that day at 45 City Link Drive, Carrara.

(h) The prize must be redeemed through email: [email protected] or phone: (07) 5520 2775 by 11.00am on the date that is 7 Business Days after the date of the draw.

(a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize. 

(b)The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. 

(c) All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on www.abiinteriors.com.au and in any promotional material relating to the competition. 

(d) The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6(d) are reserved. 

(e) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

(f) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

(a) The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering into the promotion the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.abiinteriors.com.au/privacy-policy/

(b) An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
